My measurements seem to get spot on however the repro rear GT valance I got is a touch short so there is about a bit more than a 1/4″ gap on the pass side
I am debating on cutting and adding material to make it a hair longer, we’ll have to see.

Trying to get the fenders adjusted properly so the lines are clean and the gaps are reasonable. So far the passenger side looks good (need to adjust door still) but the drivers side needs some work.
Well, trying to get the doors and fenders lined up is proving to be very time consuming! The hinges on the car seems to no allow for enough travel forward so I’m going to open up the bolt holes a bit to give me the small amount of adustment I need to get the door forward and line up with a smaller gap between the fenders.
The drivers side seems to have a nicer fit out of the box, note the nice bend in the door that I didn’t catch until after the fact (shippers fault) so I’ll have to straighten that out a bit. Still need to move the bottom forward a hair but fits decent.

I’m having a problem with the curviture of the pass door to the quarter panel lines and will have to bend the bottom 3-4″ of the door to match the line properly. I’m trying to avoid as much body work as possible

Finally had time to pick the car color, and spray on the inside of the cowl before welding the cap on. I layed down a couple of layers of epoxy primer (SPI) and then 3 coats of red base coat. This is WAY more than Ford ever provided inside the cowl area LOL.
